Additional rules - Dear guests, kindly please note this is a residential condo and not a hotel. The condo is for guests to sleep and have a good resting experience. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO PARTY PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU AND YOUR GUEST, ANY VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION. - No parties, no gatherings, no events, no celebrations, no parties or events decorations can be place, tape, glued or hang inside the condo or outside the door. no laud music is allowed, no music can be played after 8pm. if you break this rules you agree to pay a $1,000 fee and you’ll be immediately evicted from the condo. - No Smoking, Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, If you violate this rule you will be fine with a $500 fee And you agree to pay the fee. - The use of drugs is prohibited and won’t be tolerated. - No pets are allowed - Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed to stay over. - Every guests most provide ID to grant access to the building. - Extra guests not disclosed on the reservation wont be granted access to the building and will generate automatically a $100 fee per day per person and eviction of the property. - Please take care of the place and behave properly. - A $100 dollars registration fee is due to the host after you booking reservation is confirmed. - Guest with a confirm reservation must provide right after booking the following info to the host to get registered with the building association. - For US & Canada residents. ID picture of the person on who’s name the reservation has been made and ID picture of all the guests in the reservation to properly register them with your reservation. - For non US or Canada residents. Passport picture of the person on who’s name the reservation has been made and passport picture of all the guests in the reservation to properly register them with your reservation - Please be aware that we have security camera in the kitchen area for security purposes Only . - Quiet hours 7pm to 10 am -Visitors are not allowed so stay over, visitors hours 8am to 11pm. - The bedding linens and comforters will be replaced at your cost If any makeup stains, beverages stains, sauce stain or food stain is found. Please do not use towels to clean or remove makeup. Guest will be charged for damaged towels or missing towels. Missing/Stolen/Damage towels will be charge $20 per towel. - Before check out take all the trash out to the trash chute located on the left side of the hallway - A $100 dollars fee per hour will be charge after 11am for unauthorized late check out
