Lovely place and great experience

This is a gem of a place. I love the Arya Hotel—it is in the perfect part of my favorite place—Coconut Grove. This condo has the ideal view of the harbor and the Grove. It’s a bright, well maintained property and the owners were a dream to deal with. I will be back!

A great place to stay in the Grove!

Great view of Biscayne Bay! Property owners attentive and easy to work with. Location is wonderful....in the heart of the Grove and only minutes to downtown Miami, South Beach and Coral Gables. Having a kitchenette and Fresh Market just down the street made for easy breakfasts. Enjoyed!!!!!

Coconut Grove

The view was great, we sat every morning enjoying coffee and the view. Down town strip was interesting clean and secure. A lot of cuisine to choose from. We made some day trips to see the sights around the area, lots to do! The room could use a little freshening up but the rate was inline with that. Some maintenance items should be put on a todo list before they become a problem.

Great location with a view to match

The view from the apartment is exactly as shown in the property details and the balcony is a great place to sit with a glass of something chilled. The owners were great to deal with throughout. Coconut Grove is a very nice area and there are multiple restaurants within a short walk. We used the free Miami Trolley to get to Brickell (more restaurants and rooftop bars) but used taxis to get back ($15 to $18 dependent on time) as we didn’t bother with a car while in Miami. On a practical note the apartment was clean, tidy and quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It was lacking in some supplies. For a 10 day stay It had 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth. No paper towels no Kleenex and no stopper for the kitchen sink. No bag for the ice bucket I bought my own paper towels but they did bring me Kleenex and a couple of garbage bags that I asked for.

Great Time In Miami!

Room was clean, amazing view, comfortable bed, overall the stay was wonderful. Communication with the owner was wonderful and easy. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay again.

Nice place and location

Nice room with what you needed. The location was great because there was lots within walking distance. Even had a descent gym. Didnt make it to the pool but seemed to be popular.

We love the grove, best neighborhood - very walkable and safe. This building is very centrally located, near shops, restaurants and also the waterfront. Nice unit with a lovely view. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

The view is the reason to book this property.

It's an older unit, but clean and comfortable. The view is great and is what you'll be looking at most! A good home base in between events and adventures. The hosts responded in a few hours (nothing messaged was an emergency that required quick turnaround) and were easy to communicate with. Pleasant, more residential neighborhood. Plenty of local (non-chain) restaurants within walking distance. Dinner Key Marina within walking distance for charters. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again the next time we are in the area. Watch your step heading out to the balcony, as the door frame comes up a little higher than most.

FABULOUS PROPERTY!!!

We absolutely loved everything about this rental!! Perfectly furnished for two, whether your stay is for a couple of nights or a couple of weeks. Centrally located in beautiful Coconut Grove, close to everything. This unit overlooks the Coconut Grove Sailing Club & Bay. It is also directly above the 8th floor pool deck, & the balcony offers panoramic views of all. An added bonus is the INCLUDED parking space in the garage, saving a considerable cost for premium parking. Your hosts are readily available via email or phone, always responding to questions in timely fashion. We will DEFINITELY rent this unit again when in South Florida!

It is not often that the view lives up to or exceeds the expectations, but in this case it did. The view of the marina and southern Miami/coconut grove is simply amazing. The hot tub and pool are nice. Bring or buy extra towels as the front desk will not issue them for a private residence. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. I do wish we had the luxury of room service. The shower head is broken but does work - somewhat. Overall it was a great experience. Coconut grove is a wonderful neighborhood with so much to do and see. 4/5. Will book again provided the shower is fixed.

Perfect location with a perfect view

This rental is in a perfect location with a perfect view. There are many dining and shopping options just one to three blocks away in downtown Coconut Grove and a terrific Whole Foods like grocery store just ten minutes away - the latter is great choice for prepared food you can heat up/prepare in the unit's kitchenette. The balcony has a fabulous view of the bay, as does the pool area. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing four night stay, including a very comfortbale bed.

Beautiful views

Can't beat the location and views. The condo needs some TLC. Bathroom is very dated, caulk pulling away from tub, poor lighting. There isn't a dining table in the condo, inside or out. Lose the couch and put in a dining table. That would make it more enjoyable. We did no cooking because there is literally no place to even prep a meal. Queen sheets put on sideways on a king bed. Also queen blanket inside king duvet cover so little coverage. Overall we enjoyed the place, it just needs some attention to detail.

We had a great time. Just a few things.. Caulking line in bath tub falling off, broken tiles on bath floor, front door wouldn't shut tightly, door to bathroom squeaks very loudly, door to outside balcony sounds like a train-and hard to operate, neighbors upstairs really loud. Wifi didn't work. Not enough towels, or phone to call for more. Things that can be corrected... Overall our stay was lovely, and would stay here again. My criticism is just for the knowledge of the owners, so they can fix them... The views were outstanding, the pool awesome, fantastic location. Great restaurants, lots to walk to everywhere... Gorgeous building...
