Welcome to the 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms apartment fully furnished for 4 guests located at Ocean Reserve Condominium steps away from the beach! It includes one parking space, high-speed Internet, cable TV, fitness center, tennis courts and much more for your comfortable stay.

Comfortable 1 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment located across the street from the beach, right next to the Heritage Park. The condo is completely furnished and has everything you need for your stay: linens and bedding, towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, stocked kitchen with appliances (kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave), cooking pans, plates, and utensils. Unit sleeps up to 4 adults and 1 child (1 king bed in the bedroom and 2 queen size pull out couches in the living room).

The rental includes free parking space for one car (please make sure to register your vehicle at the time of check-in), free high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV. Building features: swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, 24/7 security officers, 24/7 front desk, business center, vending machines, minimarket on the 1st floor (with ATM machine inside), on-site cafe, valet parking, washer & dryer on each floor (laundry card can be purchased at your own expense on the 1st floor).

No balcony access The balcony was under construction so we couldn’t access it the entirety of our stay. This really should have been disclosed and felt deceptive, because we would not have picked a place without a balcony. Definitely would recommend requesting whether construction has been completed before booking.  Additionally, The air conditioning/heating unit didn’t work and would only pump cold air in, bringing the room down to 60° before we realized the issue (we were here in low Feb temps).  The host was responsive but said this was a building issue and he referred our request to building management. We never heard anything else about it after that.  Wouldn’t have been an issue if the balcony slider/windows could be opened during the heat of the day, but again, see note above about construction.  We managed by just having the system off the entire time. Otherwise our stay was pleasant, the living room/kitchen area was spacious and everything was clean and well maintained.

Great apartment to stay at the beach. Ernestas was always very responsive previous to our stay and when we arrive everything was as expected. Beautiful flat very well equipped!

Spring Break

This was family oriented clean n handy. The only issue is we were to check in after 330pm & arrived @515pm with the cleaning lady stepping out of the apartment. So she was 2 hours late having the site ready for us. We did leave at 1115-1130 and the next cleaning crew was coming in so we were possibly shorted 2 hours of our stay. Fortunately for us the timing did not disrupt our stay but it is not effective for others that may be there on time. He was pleasant and inquired if we were disrupted so I appreciate his concerns and willingness.

Perfect getaway

Everything was completely as advertised. The apartment was beautiful! We loved having the extras such as beach chairs and an umbrella. The pool was a great place to relax. Everything was so easy and our host made it a wonderful experience.

Great spot and price

Exactly as listed. No fake pics. No false advertising Apartment: Place was clean. Everything worked. Proper basics in the cupboards (ie sugar, coffee...). Right utensils, pots... Comfy bed. Only issues is the hot water doesn't work great Owner: Very responsive. Had 1 questions and replied immediately Pool is great. Tennis courts are in decent shape Gym could use some maintenance but decent Overall, very pleased. Would stay again

Very clean, comfortable, and updated

We really appreciated the convenience of having staple items like paper products, shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. Also, plenty of soft bath towels as well as beach towels were provided. We were there to visit our son who is in Miami. Ernestas, we hope to rent again in the spring when he graduates from law school! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Long weekend in Miami

Nice clean property, and very helpful/accessible host and property manager, who even let us check in very early upon arrival which was a huge help. Was fairly convenient walking to beach, and well accommodated with towels and chairs.

Great getaway close to the beach

The condo was just as described with enough room for me and my two adult sons. It is one block to the beach access. The provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella allowed us to enjoy the beach thoroughly. Ernestas was a wonderful with answering any questions and always responded very quickly. We also utilized the on site fitness center and pool several times during our stay. Definitely will look to stay here again!

Location good for beach. Gym and pool not very clean. Air-conditioning didn't work the first 2 days, was 75 in the condo. You can hear everything through the walls. We had people literally banging on the walls and screaming.
