Relaxing vacation time

Monica’s property was super fun to stay at for me and my six friends. The wraparound balcony has a beautiful view, and the outdoor pool was very nice to sit out at.

Perfect Place

We were here for a bachelorette and had the absolute best time. This apartment was perfect! It was a great location, quiet but within walking distance from a ton of places to get lunch, drinks, dinner etc. Loved it!

Everything about this place is nice. Check was easy, communication with owner was always quick, condo was clean, views from balcony are some of the best. Stayed here a couple times and will continue to do so in the future.

We had a great stay at Monica and Brian’s Brickell apartment. The location was convenient to shopping, dining, and South Beach. The apartment was spotless and all of our needs were accounted for. The gym and pool facilities are awesome.

Was in town for a work conference with coworkers and chose this apartment in Brickell. Very convenient location within walking distance from restaurants and not too far from downtown. Property manager shared all information before which was super helpful and made the check in & checkout process easy.

Great Girls Weekend

Apartment was spacious and comfortable as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Location was very walkable to stores and restaurants. Felt very safe in the apartment and neighborhood. It would have been helpful if beach towels were included. Other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this apartment again.

Super nice, comfortable and very clean

A little late on my review, but this place was perfect for our family trip in Nov 2023. The property is exactly like the pictures. It's super nice, clean and very comfortable. The views were beautiful especially at night. Close to many restaurants and CVS is literally 2 min away. We had no issues checking in, but checking out was not pleasant. I had issues with the lock box so I asked the front desk for assistance and the young female teenager was very rude and responded with a lot of attitude. Fortunately, the other guy working there helped me. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
