Pet Friendly Home Brickell 5 min to Miami Beach

The cottage is one floor with 2 Rooms, one is the master bed room with a king bed perfect for 2people, and private bathroom inside and the other room is an open Den that has a Bunk bed for one person on the top and below is a sofa bed for the other person, in this area 2 people can sleep, the second bathroom is by the kitchen. The kitchen/living/ dining room area has a very confortable couch which can acomodate One 1 more person. This is a modern Cottage with a very cozy style, that makes you feel at home. You can enjoy Nature when in the garden!! This neighborhood is peacefull wonderful for walks or riding bicycle, we are 4 blocks of the high rising trendy Brickell Nightlife area, full of restaurants, bars, shopping , perfect for day and nightlife!!!
The house is pet friendly, the rules are to walk the pets on the street to do pee and poo , never on the front or backyard, specially on the artificial grass!
There is a $120 Dollars pet fee for the first pet and $60 for each additional pet for the entire stay! (No more than 3 pets at a time)
