Great location

Less than a block to Ocean Dr., good restaurants, bars and music along with the Art Deco architecture and a great beach. Room was comfortable, equipped with what we needed. No patio and the room condition needs some maintenance but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the stay.

Great location with parking

The property exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness - even the towels had a fresh, just-washed scent. The location is ideal, just one block from the beach, and the included free parking is a rare amenity in Miami Beach. The only minor inconvenience was the coin-operated laundry, as getting change for it was challenging.

very good location

This apartment could use a little renovation ;) but I must admit that it was very clean, the place is great and overall the contact with the owner was very good. The fact that you have a parking space at your disposal in this place is great.

Excellent location . Place needs more TLC.

Great location for walking and enjoy South Beach. Place could use more care and update linens. Shower is leaking into the bathroom floor and creating slippery. Improvements to the place is not from professional, more like patching up job’s.

Needs repairs

Great location and was relatively quite. Place is in dire need of repairs. There was an ironing board in kitchen that had burn marks all over it. The toaster didn't work right. The shelf in bathroom was falling down. The AC unit had plaster all around it. The coffee maker had issues. Needs painting etc. Had an overall of feeling of disrepair.

Not the Ritz. But a great stay.

Being a handyman there were a few things I would easily fix. But the location is great. The room is comfortable and the Michael responds and helps out if needed. Would gladly stay here again.

Probably The Best Vrbo on South Beach

This location was perfect! Two beds in a bedroom and a sofa large enough to sleep on in the main room with the TV and kitchen area. Clean and in a building with friendly neighbors who were very helpful. I really enjoyed not just the location, but everyone who I talked to here. Don't get confused by Google reviews, this is one of a couple dozen units in this building. If you are looking for a great location to see South Beach WITH FREE PARKING, this is your spot. The beach is half a block away. There is a convenience store in the lower level unit of the building across the street. Lots of food and bars. Is this a 5 star hotel? Of course not. You aren't paying over two thousand dollars a night for that luxury. This is a clean and hotel sized unit that you rent for location, sleep and to freshen up. I will be going back to Miami and when I do, this is where I will be staying!!
