Gorgeous 506 sq. ft. condo, equipped with Bosch built-in appliances, high ceilings, Brita Standard Everyday Water Filter Pitcher, leather sleeper sofa, closet, LED smart TV, outdoor rocking chair set, washer and dryer, and WIFI.
The Studio has a full-size kitchen and bathroom.
The property includes all kitchen necessities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, etc. Among the comforts of home, you will also find a toaster, coffee maker, vacuum, blender, and iron (and iron board).
We also include a bathrobe, towels, and hairdryer, and a magnifier-lighted mirror.
HOA REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Perfect!

Rosemary’s place was perfect! Communication was great and place was spotless. Condo is walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops which made day trips easy. Building is gorgeous! Would stay again!
