I had an amazing stay at SLS Palermo Home. The property is extremely beautiful—from the location to the interior design of both the hotel and the unit. Everything looked exactly like the photos, and the views were absolutely stunning. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Communication was also great, as the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I truly loved everything about my experience and had no issues at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brickell.

The property is very beautiful, but our stay had some disappointing issues. When we booked, the listing stated that all taxes and fees were included and advertised access to the pool. However, at check-in, we were told there was an extra charge per night to use these facilities. This charge was only disclosed in a letter sent after we had already made the reservation. On our first night, the pool was already closed when we arrived, yet the nightly charge still applied. We also found a cockroach in our room, and we couldn’t sleep because we were worried there might be more. Additional mandatory charges should be clearly disclosed before booking, especially when the listing states that all taxes and fees are included. Finding out afterward felt unfair, and these issues affected our comfort and overall experience.
