The room was so clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, we made a last minute booking and they let us come in early and stay a little later (leaving bags at the desk to wait for a flight, etc.). Everything is new and updated, and the location is great. Near the party spots on Ocean drive, but quiet and out of the way. Near the beach and they offer towels and chairs for free! Would happily stay here again :)

If you are looking for bare bones, clean, safe place to sleep- this is it. There is someone to greet you, but otherwise itā€™s an unmanned hotel. You get a code to get in and out, no room keys. The only amenities is a beach chair with your room, you still have to pay for an umbrella, but for the price of the room based off location alone itā€™s perfect. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach, coffee next door, beautiful dinner and bar 1 space and 2 spaces down. We will absolutely return, and would stay at other casa properties.

Yes the room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has no heat so cool evenings and mornings were uncomfortable. The beach was great and a short walk away. Free chairs were quite nice. Bathroom was very modern and attractive. For some reason the showere drain blocked up occasionally. Room was small but bed was comfortable
