Castle 922 Oceanview Condo w/ Free Parking, a pool, beach access, gym, tennis, restaurants and more!

This cozy Studio Apartment is located at the Castle Beach Club Condo and has a striking Ocean View. The unit is spacious and has a great set up with semi separated kitchenette and dining area.

The condo offers many resort-like amenities; valet parking is INCLUDED, as well as access to the beach, pool, and tennis court.
There is also a restaurant on site, tiki bar, convenience stores, the famous Turkish and Russian Baths as well as bike rental, travel agency and shops.

The studio apartment can fit up to 4 guests, with two queen size bed. There is complementary high speed WIFI and cable TV.

The kitchen has the essentials to prepare breakfast or a quick meals, with a double hotplate, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, fridge, dishes and kitchens utensils.

Extra linen, towels, pillows, beach towels, iron, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are located in the closets.
The bathrooms includes hair dryer. We also provide amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dish soaps, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).

Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.

Laundry is located on the lower level of the building. Laundry cards are for sale next to the security desk

This condo is located at 54th and Collins avenue, in a residential area of Miami Beach. It is about 5-10 min drive to South Beach, and 25 min drive to Miami Airport. The area is quiet and family-friendly.

Check in is anytime after 3PM and check out is anytime before 11AM. The security to register for parking is open 24h/day. The door is equipped with a digital lock and your personal code (with detailed arrival instructions) will be sent to you a few weeks before check-in.

Nice view and access to the ocean. Quiet and clean. Maybe not where you should stay if you’re looking for Miami’s action, but lots of buses and bikes to go where tou need to go.

This was my second time staying in the same building! It was a great experience both times! Great walking distance to nice restaurants. The access right to the beach is so great! All in all it is a great place to stay. It is worth jt.

The pictures posted are deceiving. This is a very old and out dated building. The room smelt like cigarettes. The check in process was awful. Would not recommend.

Our 9th floor room flooded at 5am. Risk to electronics and falling. We left without maintenance or assistance from property manager. No refund given. This is an old property without remodeling. Unit Needs Update

Pros - Close to beach, nice pool, friendly check in, quick valet, nice restaurant in lobby…..Cons - unit needs updating. If you are accustomed to nice hotels, this is not the unit for you. There was a strong smell similar to sewage when we entered. I brought disinfectant spray, but it didn’t help the smell. Bathroom needs updating, fridge is old, on one of the beds the sheets were stained. I did visit other rooms in the building where friends were staying. Their rooms looked and smelled ALOT better. The property itself is good, but that unit needs bleach and fragrance plug ins. I couldn’t even eat in this room because the smell was so intense. I would not stay in this unit again.

great location

Wife and I had a great stay! The location is great as it is on the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We walked north a mile or so to some great meals. We were also able to cook several meals in the room. The room is on the 9th floor at the end of the building, so the noise of other guests was minimal. The view is terrific. The room is a little dated, but clean and everything seemed to work well. The valet is a bit bothersome as it is not very efficient, but we were able to get in and out without too much hassle. The beds are great and we slept well. The windows are not very operable, so we didn't get to hear the ocean at night. Vanessa was very responsive and made our stay comfortable. Overall a great stay!

The view was Amazing but Communication and Cleanliness was not great

The view was amazing and the check in process and valet was easy and very convenient. The place itself smelt bad and could have been cleaner. The bath tub had mold or some kind of black crust in its corners and could have been cleaner in general and the sheets had black lint all over. The wall outlets were loose and we had to push the bed against the chargers so they could charge our phones without falling out. The main problem we had while our stay was the ceiling started leaking. We walked in and slipped on the water on the floor from it. Thank fully we caught ourselves but that could have been a horrible fall. We had to use towels that were meant for the beach to clean up the mess and eventually had to use the buckets for the beach to catch all the water. I messaged the owner two times to inform her of the leak and never got a response. We checked out on Monday and I still have not heard back from her. Overall the cleanliness and communication was not great but the view was amazing.

Unit smelled like a combination of dirty animals and smoke…water marks all over ceiling from multiple water leaks. Parking is all valet, and several times took 20+ minutes to drop off/retrieve your vehicle. You get what you pay for…location is great!

The only thing I liked was the view, being on the beach, and the valet. Other then that did not really like it. The wifi is terrible if your device can even find it in the first place, elevators are terrible and barley work properly. Almost all the dishes were dirty upon arrival which is crazy because it’s COVID. Nothing should be dirty there was suppose to be a deep clean in between guest stays but I guess they didn’t really care that much. Not worth the price at all.

Castle Beach Club

Very nice small studio condo with a awesome oceanfront view. The building is very unique as it was originally part of the Playboy Club and much of the lobby is original. I needed wheelchair accessibility and had no problems except due to the older design, there is no on site ramp to access the boardwalk or beach. But there is access a block down. The security staff was absolutely incredible with assisting with accesss and anything else.
