We didn’t expect it to be that good. Everything was 10/10, friendless of the staff. Amenities, Safety, cleanliness, convenience ( swimming pool and the beach). Location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to the expressway and the airport. Was a very good experience. We highly recommended to everyone planning to visit Miami.

They are charging me for an early check in, I checked in at 4 pm, I've called more than 10 times and they don't solve my problem, only one employee was polite, the others at reception were always in a bad mood, only three beach towels if you If you want more, you have to call Churchill's number, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working at this hotel, never again.

We stayed for 3 nights at Monte Carlo and couldn’t be any happier. Everything was exceptional, location and view, the service and the property is clean and well taken care of. The beach is also 2 min walk. Will be coming back for sure.

There were a few positives about our stay but unfortunately they were far outweighed by all the negatives. Positives: Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, provided snacks and toiletries. Lots of soft towels. Right on the beach with easy access and chairs & umbrellas. Communal and pool areas were nice. Negatives: Furnishings & fittings were tired and broken e.g. light switches not working, towel rail broken, dirty stained ironing board cover, broken lamps. Very noisy air conditioning that broke down once. We had cockroaches in our kitchen area and when we tried to communicate with customer services, the communication was very slow and we did not get updated for four days having to spend our holiday time chasing them up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful but could only help so much as they don’t work for Churchill Suites who were only available by phone. Overall not good value for what we paid and we would not recommend staying here.

Great property. Backing right onto the beach walk path and beach. Everything that was needed was available and if something was missed the service provided. ( brought us a baking sheet the next day as one seemed missing but we got a swift response and action.
