Loved the place, my curtains didn’t go down and the iPad had a crack in it, but it was a cool lil hotel. I would definitely stay again when in town.

The beds are not cleaned well obviously there was umm not head hair at the end of our bed (not just a hair or two) and because it’s against a wall it stays there The room is cute but tiny but yeah gross bedding So gross

I liked the location and the cozy room. Some of Staff was mostly helpful. The only thing I could say is the gym need to be serviced. The only two spin bikes they had were not working but there were still two treadmill and a row machine for cardio.

Great property Great tech but the pillows were too big and not plush enough and bedding was just not comfortable enough. The silverware at the rooftop bar was dirty.

The rooms are very small, a cruise ship room is bigger. The room had an unpleasant smell upon entering, the sheets were not of good quality. The room did not have an iron which is a first for me. The only positive was that the staff was friendly and helpful.

The overall experience was great. The only item that rubbed me the wrong way was that the place didn't offer a laundry room to the guests. I had to trek to the grimy part of town to get my clothes cleaned. I always find it ridiculous seeing people bring on planes, what appears to be their whole life belongings in luggage when they're only going to stay a few days at their destination. I packed 3 sets of underwear, shirts and pants. I thought that I could rotate them. I thought "surely the hotel has to have some washing machines available to the public." Well, I thought wrong - SURPRISE!

The citizenM Worldcenter worked very well for us. We needed a place near the Miami Brightline station. We really appreciated the design of the spaces, the friendly staff, and the energetic vibe of the place. The breakfast buffet and the bar menu the night before worked very well for us also. Exceeded our expectations. I have made two more reservations.
