Turn off the lights and lock the doors
​Please keep the gate closed and locked & outdoor light turned off at all times. Due to the size of the apartment, no 3rd guest, kids or pets allowed.
Cleanliness: ​Please keep all areas clean and tidy during your stay. Place trash in the garbage can. No dirty dishes in the sink. Place all used towels & bed linens in the provided basket.
Place all controls back in the control box and turn off all appliances including ceiling fans and AC. Leaving the space excessively messy will result in an additional cleaning fee. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
