Communication was excellent!! There was an ANT problem in 3 areas that I told them about and two of the TV's didn't work. But the TV's wasn't a big deal to us because we were there for a wedding so we were in and out regularly. The mother of the host came over, she was soo kind & sweet until, I would definitely rent from them again.
