Great for a little getaway

We were in Miami for 3 days before our cruise and this was a perfect spot! Centrally located near local spots and a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

It was perfect for our 2 day stay in Miami before a family vacation on a cruise. Would definitely stay here again. My son and I thought it was perfect size for how little we’d actually be inside after site seeing.

Amazing

Loved , loved the spot. It has such a unique flare to it and the host give u every thing down to a toothbrush. Close to the beach and downtown Miami. Would stay here any day of a hotel room, it’s very cozy.

Cute little place

Property was spot on to description. Host was out of town but had a friend onsite to help us. Clean neat and comfortable. We just stayed two nights, so perfect size. Nice neighborhood.

Great place for one person to stay if you’re going to be out most of the time. It was exactly what I needed for an event I was participating in. Close to the Design District and beaches. And parking in front of the house. I’d stay there again.

Perfect For A Quick Trip!

My childhood friend and I came into town for an anime convention and found this to be a perfect place to rest and recover during our busy weekend. The outside of the property is quaint and the sleeping area, bathroom and kitchenette were clean and perfect for our purposes. Would definitely stay again!

Best Bestiee Weekend

It felt like we came to stay with family but with privacy as well. The owners are warm and friendly. The bonus was being greeted with fresh fruits grown from their yard. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

1st Miami Visit... Love This Place!

Everything I needed in one pretty little place! They thought of it all. Like, anything I forgot, they had it there! And the hosts were so nice. One of the best budget rooms I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll definitely be back.

Simply brilliant

Sam and andy’s place feels like home. Very well outfitted kitchen and bathroom. She added so many thoughtful touches. Really extraordinary hostess. She even did my laundry. Location is very safe and very quiet. I’m very satisfied in all respects with both the property and the hostess.

Great spot, great location

Had a blast in Miami! Sam and Andy were great hosts. There was an issue with the plumbing, and they fixed it in a timely manner and were very cool about it. Definitely a cute spot, clean with nice amenities in a nice part of town. Recommended!

The hosts were awesome and very attentive. Super friendly. Everything we needed was in the room. It was clean and the location was PERFECT!!!!!!! The neighborhood was quite and safe. I'll definitely be using this spot when I go back. Mush thanks to the hosts for making my Miami trip even better!

Very Clean

The efficiency is small but very clean and nice. The description should emphasize that the house number is on the house which has a lot of bushes in front of it. It was hard to see especially in the dark.

Felt right at home!

This Efficiency is so cozy and we felt so welcome! It was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for 2 people to stay. It has everything you need, including multiple ways to make coffee, a fridge, a plug in stove top with pans, and so much more! They even have extra toiletries in case you forget anything. The location was perfect, 15 minutes or less from the staple Miami spots. I would highly recommend this stay and will consider staying here again if I visit Miami again.

I’ll be back!

This efficiency was perfectly located, I walked the neighborhood several times, and I took an Uber to places I couldn’t walk to. It had just enough space, had everything I needed, was cute and clean, and the hosts are very accommodating. I loved the water pressure in the shower lol it’s an underrated plus. The bed was more comfortable than I had expected. I slept like a baby. I’ll def be back.

Smelled like Cigarettes

The property was very clean and had many useful amenities but it wreaked of cigarettes for our whole stay. Not sure if they allowed the last guests to smoke in the room or if they’re smokers themselves and it passes into this section the property but it was rather unpleasant
