The unit is fully furnished and includes a queen size bed, comfortable sofa, HDTV, and high-speed Internet. Additionally, it comes with the convenience of 1 valet parking spot. Located at the prime intersection of Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue, this is truly the best location to experience the best of the city.

To be approved by the building you will have to sign a lease agreement as well as submit an application which we will provide to you. Please kindly let us know all names of the adults as well as their email addresses. The approval can take up to 1 week.
