Nice restaurant on site. Bathroom could be cleaner. Maybe have options for tea rather than espresso. Mini fridge should be usable and not pushing items to sale. Did not recieve my Expedia VIP perk bottle of wine that was to be delivered to the room.

The worst experience. Was put in an accessibility room, with no price reflection based on the room provided. No other options. Room was dirty - Called for luggage because i couldn’t do it on my own, took 30 minutes to have them brought down.

For the price point, I was extremely disappointed. The decor is dated and weird. The process was exhausting for me. I may need to try them again and see if it was just a one time thing but I was NOT impressed.

Booked a room at the SLS after another spot I had originally booked in the area went horribly wrong back in September (I know, I’m delayed writing this!). The staff here took SUCH good care of me. I can’t say enough about the front desk!! Always checked in on me and even fixed my room keys when I accidentally deactivated them ; ) the hotel driver, door man, lounge team, bartenders… everyone was fantastic and truly made my stay. Will be returning as a guest (or just to stop by to say hello) and would recommend to all friends/family. So appreciative of this team more than they know! Room, hotel, and gym were all super clean too! Thank you times a million! Saved my time in Miami for sure!

arrived Sunday evening. Monday room was cleaned after 6:00 pm. Tuesday room was not cleaned. Had to ask for fresh towels. Coffee cups were dirty from use of previous day. Extension for checkout time only 30 minutes (11:30!)

I already paid Expedia in full for my stay at SLS. The hotel charged me an additional $3,000 and has yet to refund this money. I stay in many hotels so it took me time to realise that charges on my card are for this hotel. You see “Atton hotels” on your credit card - not helpful. When it came to check out, the “system was down” so I could not get any receipt for my stay. The hotel promised they would send my me receipt after my stay. But obviously they could not be bothered because I am still waiting almost a week later. The positive of this hotel vs say the Novotel Miami is that the rooms are quieter. But the carpet was not clear and both bedside tables were thick with dust. No bad but ruined by wrongful charges on my company card and the waste of time I face in getting refunded and getting a receipt for my stay

Honestly, our expectations were pretty high based on the pictures and reviews we saw. But when we got to our apartment, the pillows were a mess – seriously stained and just filthy. Despite having daily cleaning services, they never bothered to replace them, even after we asked. And it wasn't just the pillows; the towels at the swimming pool were dirty too. As for entertainment around the hotel, it was a bit of a joke. We wanted to play pool, but the staff couldn't find the billiard balls. They came up with some ridiculous excuse, saying they needed to get an engineer to locate them. I mean, what kind of engineer is needed to find pool balls? Additionally, when we arrived at the hotel, which was earlier than our check-in time, one of the staff told us we could use the amenities and even grab breakfast while waiting for our room. This confused us since our hotel package included breakfasts. She initially said our breakfast was covered, but then they charged us for the first day's breakfast, saying it actually wasn't included. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
