Property looks wonderful on the picture but once we arrived, it was very outdated and old. Cleaning was done very poorly. Plus is that the view is great. Beach area is not very crowded. Easy checkin process.

This is not a hotel, it is apartment style. One towel and one beach towel is provided nothing more. Amenities in the room were nice. Pool was not open during the duration of our stay. Extra towels, toilet paper, and other ament was not provided if asked. Beach was right outside the hotel.

Smells bad . The bathroom faucet pretty old and difficult to turn on and did not work properly. The matress gave us a very bad backpain. I wont recommend to stay here

Just to alert others who would like to stay here on holiday..All the apartments within this hotel is owned by different landlords, which is not evident by the look of the hotel. The main lobby can not help with any issues that you may have. We only came to know this as the problems within the property started to manifest. It took several calls to get through to speak the landlord of Bay 13. The day after we arrived, both toliets wasn't working and the water in the kitchen sinks were blocked/ taking long too drain- which led me to believe that there must of been a recurrent issue with the drainage system within the building. You dont want to go on holiday to have to be plunging a toliet! Not only that, the iron, kettle and toaster wasn't working, dirty ironing board, no dust pan and lack of kitchen utensils ( no tin opener, sieve, mixing bowls, proper sized cooking pans). On day 4 of our stay the tv stopped working, we didnt bother to contact the landlord again ( You will need a local number to do this, otherwise its chargable) . The phone in the apartment is not in use so I don’t even know why its there. They did give extra blankets as requested as there is only one main air con in the property which controls the temperature in all the rooms. The swimming pool was also out of use when we were there. Only good thing about this hotel is thst its close to the beach. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.

Cuando llegamos el check in las personas del lobby no fueron tan amables, después subimos al apt la puerta principal estaba dañada, estábamos tan emocionados de este lugar que tenía piscina y que mi pareja y yo haríamos un día de piscina en nuestras vacaciones y resulta que la piscina estaba cerrada y cuando tenía otras opciones en paquetes en otros hoteles pero Bueno eso no fue todo en la noche encontré unas cucarachas en el baño y los edredones estaban muy viejos. Realmente no pasamos buena la estadía en estas vacaciones pero espero en otra vez sepa escoger mejor.

The pool is advertised in its main photograph. The pool is not in service, has not been in service and no one knows when it will be in service. The workout room had an inch of dust on it and is not in service. The spa on property is not in service. We lost internet and power several times. No one is available to help you. They go by Castle Beach, Girasole Apts, Dilo Apts but all are part of Miami Boutique. This hotel is a scam. The property is in shambles and our room was very poor quality. Do not book this place !!! The beach is right in the backyard but the door to access does not work properly ! My kids were heartbroken with this place, we ended up leaving and eating the cost of booking another place. April 2024

Servís room was horrible!!!! Nobody no nothing!!! The two girls are working n the lobby are not friendly!!!!! No paper’s toilets, they never replaced any towels!!! The pool was close !!! Only valet parking’guys are so good , nice friendly and fast servís !!!

I called ahead to let them know arrival was midnight-1, check in does not have room key code and they would not answer. Eventually got code. The toilet did not flush… would not complain due to price for the place. View was nice to wake up to.

The location for the property is very convenient. I can easily take city transportation to either south beach or north side for some groceries shopping. South beach is for tourists points but too crowded. The property located in the local residential area which is an excellent point. The local groceries market store is called Publix. It’s located on the mid side of the Miami Beach island. The property suite got small kitchenet and sets. That’s an excellent facility for tourist from outside. It helped to save money by self cooking. That’s the mean feature I love from this property. Beach side is very near by just located at back side of this building. It’s very easy to access. Beach side is the main reason we choose live in this property for my stay. However, there are some minor glitch for this apartment like the wifi is not working well. It’s hard to logon to the ineternet from the building wifi. But it’s ok it’s not that big deal. We are here for sunny day and beach side. The suite TV isn’t working. But it’s ok it’s not big deal. As I mentioned I am here for the sunny day outdoor activities. But if this apartment mgt can get these minor things fixed, it would be the perfect place. Thanks again for this wonderful place for us to stay during this time. We will visit again next year.

This property is good, it is not in a location where everything is close in terms of food. It needs to be updated a little. The place is old-style and cozy, but it needs to be updated. The pool is not open and we would have liked to enjoy it. The beach is excellent to have a good time. The rest is very nice, we have no more complaints, very kind and a lot of movement. We loved staying here by the beach.

Do not book at Dilo !! by the way the place has another name once you are there you find out Dilo is I am guessing the manager company name. I don’t understand why Expedia is accepting business with this owners as we had the most horrible experience. Ultimate terrible apartment conditions. Roaches everywhere even on walls next to beds. bathroom toilet leaking, TV does not work. The owner did not accept our complaints about the roaches they wanted us to sleep there anyway and they would deal with roach infestation the next day they said. Also they didn’t have personnel to fix toilet. They wanted to come in the next day to fumigate . We got out of there and book on our own not using Expedia. We paid lower rate at a very comfortable hotel. By the way the owner of Dilo and Expedia did not accept any responsibility and did not give us a refund. Do not book!! Do not book at this property. We lost about $900 .

I would have given this resort 0 starts if I could have! To start with the room was dirty and very unkept. Things did not work as they were supposed too. Ie doors and lights. things were not as described in the ad for the room. Probably the most frightening part of the trip and experience was when a random person was able to just walk into my suite. The deadbolt did not work, and even though it’s a key code, somebody else was able to get it, who was not maintenance and had nothing to do with the property management team! The bathroom floor had water from a leak somewhere seeping up through the floor boards. There were missing boards in our room on our floor and the floorboards when you walked across them, we’re not only dirty, but pinch the bottom of your feet due to the unkept nature of the floor! The INSIDE of microwave had very clearly been spray-painted because it was rusting. The coach that was provided was peeling and left paint chips all over my daughter’s clothing. The ad said they had breakfast, but there was no food to be found as far as a breakfast just very overpriced convenience store food. I couldn’t even get a decent cup of coffee in our hotel. Honestly, you couldn’t even get a bad cup of coffee. The pool was not open and the entire morning that I spent waiting for Maintenance all I could hear was drilling and hammering! Maintenance told me they would be there at 10:30 but did not arrive at my unit until noon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!

The pool was closed, the electric was off for a hour in the whole building when we arrived. They had towels available but no rags. The bathroom was very dirty we had to clean it ourselves. I believe the hotel itself was ok, but i think this particular unit had a private owner. The View was nice and the tv worked so we made it work for us

The extra the I paid for the ocean view was good. The bolcany lock was installed. The stove never got fixed. Bad. The pool area was closed. Bad. I was forced to pay $12 for 30 minutes of banking for leaving at 10:30 am. Not good. The worst was that the place is infested with roaches and I reported this many times, and I got complete non response on this issue with is the most important to me 😞.

This was the horrible experience it rain and the room flooded we called and they did nothing bout the water in are room so we packed up and left. It was unsafe to stay in the room. Very disappointed. The pool was closed but never informed until we got there. The air condition didn't cool down until the next day, you can't set it so it runs all day long. The toilet wouldn't flush for the entire 1st day. We have to go down to lobby to use restroom, There was 4 of us. Then there was no remote for TV until 2nd day. Security at front were rude. The valet was awesome except 1 lady at front taking blue slips. She was so rude.

This property is in a great location. The lock on the room 533 was busted . Didn’t feel very safe had to use wall lock to get some comfort . The lock was really hanging off the door , to the point of you had to wiggle the lock & move it up and down just to close the door . Other than that it was a great stay.

The unit had broken towel holder, no toilet paper holder, non working coffee maker, no hair drier. Front desk could not help with this. Was directed to call the caretaker. The beds were creaky, and the unit had very few electrical outlets.

The property was only clean on the surface. The furniture in my room was broken and the halls smell terrible. The pool is not in use but with no date of expected return.

Fire alarm went off on the building on my first night while there was no fire all guests where rushing down the stairs cus elevators weren’t working and no one from staff even bother to said what was going on while we were all standing outside of the building and all this while it was raining finally after 20 min everyone started going inside but no one from staff ever even bother saying anything they just kept on working

The pool was closed which was the only reason why I booked this hotel, the bathroom was a mess with AC dripping water a lot of water on the floor and made it dangerous, the tub had a broken faucet and dirty floors.

The apartment was nothing like it showed in the pictures! I have to say it was clean but I think they need to update furniture and fix like the microwave which didn’t worked, some electricity outlets didn’t worked and also hot water to shower wasn’t working either! And what was really upsetting was that the pool was closed for renovations and that wasn’t mentioned in the page I think those notes matter! But I guess we had what we paid for! We did enjoyed the view that was the best part I guess!

Pros: I liked that it's close to the beach. Free parking. Room for big families available. Kitchen is good. Cons: leaking A/C in our room and water was everywhere. Maintenance just went to vacuum the ceiling then the next day water everywhere. Only one person assisting when checking in. When asked for fresh towels none was given. Requested for room service but no one came. Bathroom needs to be updated. Doors and locks need to be secured and not loose. You can hear people talking in the next room.

The room I had there was a roach infestation, bugs were on the ceiling and in the tub, and the air filter was filthy and had extremely poor air circulation. I officially checked out 3 hours into my stay and spent the majority of my time in the lobby sitting on their uncomfortable couch.
