Just to alert others who would like to stay here on holiday..All the apartments within this hotel is owned by different landlords, which is not evident by the look of the hotel. The main lobby can not help with any issues that you may have. We only came to know this as the problems within the property started to manifest. It took several calls to get through to speak the landlord of Bay 13. The day after we arrived, both toliets wasn't working and the water in the kitchen sinks were blocked/ taking long too drain- which led me to believe that there must of been a recurrent issue with the drainage system within the building. You dont want to go on holiday to have to be plunging a toliet!
Not only that, the iron, kettle and toaster wasn't working, dirty ironing board, no dust pan and lack of kitchen utensils ( no tin opener, sieve, mixing bowls, proper sized cooking pans). On day 4 of our stay the tv stopped working, we didnt bother to contact the landlord again ( You will need a local number to do this, otherwise its chargable) . The phone in the apartment is not in use so I don’t even know why its there. They did give extra blankets as requested as there is only one main air con in the property which controls the temperature in all the rooms. The swimming pool was also out of use when we were there. Only good thing about this hotel is thst its close to the beach. Overall, would not recommend this hotel.
