Great hotel room that is private with private bath. Sleeps 4 people. Located on Collins ave across from the Ocean. 10 minutes by taxi to world famous South Beach. Full size fridge , Tv with cable and Wi-FI. Value priced .

- Recently renovated room with Tile floors and Modern furniture.
Private room with private bath.
- Great sports bar restaurant downstairs. Free Wi-Fi
- World famous beach across the street. Publix supermarket, Walgreens
pharmacy, and great restaurants all walking distance.
- NO SMOKING in Rooms or Hotel Lobby. No pets.

- Maximum 4 adults per room.

PARKING- IS ON THE STREET (Collins Ave) AT METERS THAT ARE FREE AFTER 6PM-6AM. HARDING AVE BEHIND OUR BUILDING HAS FREE PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET WHEN AVAILABLE.
AVE AND 67TH STREET. COST ABOUT $25 PER NIGHT. PLEASE DO NOT PARK . Bus & Taxi service one block away. UBER car service is $12 to get you to South Beach bars and restaurants.
