This was our second time staying at the Element in Miami Brickell. One of the best parts of this hotel is the location as it is in the heart of downtown and the amenities like the pool. During this trip, we were celebrating our recent engagement. Melissa checked us in and right from the start made us feel so welcomed. The following day, Melissa surprised us by reserving an engagement themed cabana decorated with balloons, a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie spread. It truly was so thoughtful of Melissa to put to this together for us and it made us feel so special!! Melissa is a superstar manager and represents the Element Hotel with the upmost professionalism and care! We cannot wait to come back!

The staff at the hotel think they are making you a favor, extremely aggressive, also why would they ask for a credit card if there is nothing in the room that you can charge that you don’t want to take money for make interest
