• Per building rules, each unit includes 1 physical key and 1 fob. But don’t worry! Our smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access. Need more flexibility? You can purchase a virtual fob at the front desk for around $10 (available daily from 8 AM to 10 PM).

• Washcloths are not provided.

• Please keep noise to a minimum and help us maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.

• To ensure a smooth check-in, it is mandatory that you inform us in advance who will be the main guest for the reservation, as this person must present themselves at the front desk upon arrival. If the registered main guest is unable to check in, a $53 fee will be required at the front desk to update the reservation with a new main guest.

Good neighborhood, not the best condo

So I was super excited to book this condo because of the reviews. However, once we arrived , the check in process was not how it was emailed. The door was already open and I want sure if I was in the right place. After confirming I was , I looked around the apartment . The bathrooms were not clean at all . Luckily I wear shower shoes since I couldn’t walk freely. Also, the condo only provided towels but not wash cloths . There were missing blinds in the living room which allowed other to be able to look in . There was a Roku there but didn’t have the plug-in adapter so we couldn’t watch anything. The pool was under construction so we weren’t able to use it AND the construction being down above the condo was unpleasant when trying to rest. It took forever to hear back from the owner but it still didn’t get things situated .
