  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Overall great home!

The only problem I had was the shower floors seemed to be molded. Also, the vent cover was broken in the 1st bathroom. Thank you for allowing me to stay.

Una casa muy acogedora

Mi familia y yo la pasamos bien nos sentimos como en casa. Todo bien organizado en la cocina, nosotros la usamos mucho. Las habitaciones tienen un tamaño considerable solo recomendaría que cambien las sábanas de las camas ya lucen un poco viejas y desgastadas. Pero todo lo demás está muy bien dormimos muy cómodos. Y casi todo está un poco cerca. Las tiendas, las playas y el entretenimiento.

Overall met needs

Overall met space needs and location was close to airport. The home was not properly cleaned prior to our check in the toilet was dirty on the seat and behind the seat as well as hair in the shower🤢 There was dust everywhere all over the blinds and window seals. I feel if you are going to charge an expensive cleaning fee please at least use a proper cleaning service. Secondly the beds were very uncomfortable, they felt hard and old as well as the decor is old and outdated. There was only 1 actual Tv in the home the, computer monitor in the 2nd bedroom was way to small to even bother staring into the ceiling at. Very few basic necessities no face towels, no body wash although these things are not mandatory they are commonly found in most private rental and hotels. I appreciate that the space was exactly as noted and pictures were exact which is why I will be giving at least a 3 star review

My family and I (including 4 children) had such a great stay at Byron and Monica's place! It was exactly the amount of space we needed. The home was very clean and we liked the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Checking in and out was simple. Great place to spend our first full family vacation. Also, Monica is a very nice and gracious person. She was so helpful to us.

The house was very clean and centrally located not far from the beach not far from the airport. Byron the owner was very nice. We didn't have any incidents it was a smooth process.

My family and I came down to Miami to attend a pop up shop and the house was perfect fit for us . The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay . The neighbors was friendly and informative. I will stay again !

Worst ever rental house I has been

First night was moved to other home (far away from the area was the house) Second day (first on house) people still cleaning dust around the kitchen and never finish the remodelation, no towels, no dishes and a/c not working properly. (Need to Buy extra vents) somebody live in a trailer so there is no privacy. House so different when arrive (due remodelation) pictures no reals has less beds that we expect.
