Nestled in the heart of Miami Beach, the Fontainebleau stands as an icon, celebrated for its award-winning restaurants and renowned LIV nightclub.
This modern 1000-square-foot 1-bedroom suite, boasting two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, offers both comfort and style. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy bay and partial ocean views from the balcony accessible from both the bedroom and living room. Recently revitalized with fresh paint, refurbished interiors, new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, LG smart TVs, and updated furniture, including a master bedroom set and queen sleeper sofa.

All inclusive access to Fontainebleau amenities, including resort and residential pools, private beach, fitness center, 2 daily spa passes, and more.

Please note:
Valet parking is available at a daily rate ranging from $55-70 plus tax.
Housekeeping is provided by the resort and is available every day or every other day at a rate of $95 per cleaning. Additionally, there is a housekeeping fee of $205 upon check out.
An extra rollaway bed may be requested from the hotel at a nightly rate of $60.

Great Experience

My host Gio was a gem and made my stay a true pleasure. The resort is beautiful and so is the spa. With a 2 minute walk out to the beach, it greatly enhanced my enjoyment. Parking add on as an option would have been the icing on the cake. Will definitely be revisiting here. Thank you Gio!

Perfect location!

This 1 bedroom was a great stay for us over spring break! The Fontainblue property was a perfect location with so much to enjoy! The pools, the restaurants, the beach service, the rental bikes & even the LIV nightclub! We made breakfast in our kitchen every morning & ate all other meals out! The only thing I do suggest is a few coffee cups be added! Thanks for being great hosts!

Beach Fun

We had a great experience at this property. The location on the unit is far enough from the chaos of the hotel that you don't hear the noice but close enough that you don't feel like you are walking forever to reach your unit. Our only comment is the unit is located near the elevator and if you wake during the night you will hear it. Overall a great experience.

The hotel amenities are super and the service unreal. The only difficulty we had was one of the shower handles for the water was broken and hopefully the owners of the property will take care of it before the next family stays there. Thank you.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gio's unit located in Tresor tower. We have stayed in other units before but this one was updated as mentioned in the listing. The unit was clean and well appointed.
