A pearl of a property located on the water, close to Design District and about 10 minutes away from Miami Beach. This modern take on the nostalgic art deco of the late 80's gives every guest the complete Miami experience. With a wide bay access, it is a great location to park up to a 60-foot yacht. Sundeck upstairs and extremely private pool area are perfect for lounging and soaking up the rays in complete seclusion. It has an outdoor bar, barbeque area, pool table and soaring ceilings inside
