Great location & cozy atmosphere! Roomy cottage on 2nd floor, Expresso cork floors, large impact windows bring in lots of light. Heated pool & flowing curtained cabana. Kitchen w/cherry cabinets & granite countertop & back splash! New stainless steel refrigerator w/ice & chilled water dispenser in door. Gated & covered parking for one car. White porcelain tile bathroom. Walk to end of the street to Bay access & paddle board, kayak or just watch the relaxing water. Great sunrise & sunsets!
