We found trash behind the TV table, night stand wasn’t clean, poor clean overall, and no mirrors to look at ourselves. The pool was closed during our stay and got a notice the day after the check-in, we would have picked another hotel if we had known. The day and time you have to check out, you must take your car, can’t park in the parking for the rest of the day if your checkout time is at 10 am. You need to find another parking space Really not happy about that place. I won’t recommend it

The best of the apartment: excellent location, access to the sea, free valet parking, best option, economical price/quality. What would improve: The waiting time to check in was very long, approximately 45 minutes. The apartment could improve some breaks.

Very unhelpful property manager. I had a major safety concern about my room and they did not help me at all. Expedia ended up paying for me to stay somewhere else.

Had a nice stay, and it was in a great spot to get to get on the beach. Its not walking distance to many places but the have a restaurant, bar, shops, etc all in the hotel on the base level. Howevever the door handle that went to the balcony broke when i tried closing the door. But over all, i would recommend staying here

I understand that these units are privately owned but they need to be kept up. The unit I stayed in had roaches the bathroom was dirty and not kept up. The front door was sketchy didn’t feel safe. The bathroom in the lobby was disgusting, dirty and in poor condition. The pool close down. They only good thing was the view of the beach from the room.

Checking in it takes two hours The place it’s terrible and unsafe for kids I had to get out of there the next day Dirty, old.. don’t get fueled because is next to the beach or for the pictures

The room was ok but very old and not very welcoming. The bathroom was old enough to look dirty and there were a couple of tiny bugs. The fridge wasn’t cold enough. But most disappointing was that the pool was closed and that was not the description. The area was beautiful and the trail and beach amazing. The hotel was quiet and instructions were very clear. The management was nice, the temperature comfortable and I slept fine. All in all it wasn’t horrible but the description wa a not accurate

Not beach umbrella at room,one beach chair broken,i tried to call a lot a time at customer service but never answer,I went to the lobby to speak at front desk and then they contact the property agent,I'm didn't feel good.

Terrible property and I would consider it inhabitable -mould in the air conditioning -a lot of visible repairs to plasterwork. -not all windows opened. -door to separate bedroom area stuck once closed and was difficult to open again. -room lock did not always function -dirty kitchen -not enough bath towels -no kitchen sponge, tea towels Also, the property managers will not budge from cancellation policy. The group we were travelling with had no water and they were told they could use the bathroom on another floor until the water was fixed. They entered the bathroom and it stank like urine. Refund was refused despite the mould, no water and unclean rooms.

Cheap because it's worth nothing. Stay away!!!
I know why they aren't listed on Hotels.com anymore. No communication after the payment went through except to tell us we couldn't get in the room at 3 as expected. Finally got in the room after 4pm and the A/C didn't work causing the room to be at 81 degrees when we checked in. Couldn't sleep in the heat and had to leave and book another room just to provide for my guests to be comfortable. The pool was closed as well so their was no were to escape the heat. When we booked there was no mention of the pool being closed. Wasn't until they sent out an email much later stating the pool would be closed.

Avoid, this place is horrible. Do not understand how people can rate this as excellent!? Photos are at least 20 years old. It was very poorly maintained and decorated. Bathroom was a disgrace - hair on walls. Bath had been painted and paint was peeling off. Cupboards falling off with screws exposed. TV did not work and had to be fixed/plugged in properly. Double duvet covers fitted with single duvets, Generally cleaned to a very poor standard. Pool was being renovated which was not mentioned at time of booking Avoid!

The room itself was really nice, but the bathtub needs maintenance. I’m not sure if the tub was stained or dirty, but regardless it was gross. Communication with anyone on the property was near impossible. The building did not have running water & no one had an answer or solution. Unbearable conditions for a first time pregnant woman with horrible morning sickness. So disappointed, this was one of my favorite places to reside while on vacation.

No option to self park makes leaving very inconvenient and expensive. Getting bags to room is difficult since you can’t take the carts to your car which is down the lobby stairs. No heater in room and AC is very noisy.

The unit was not like the pictures for advertising then the AC didn’t cool properly. The staff was rude and wouldn’t give a discount. Hotel lost power for 4 hours and was the only one on the block with no power. Mold in tub. A jail cell is better than this.

The cable.didnt work. So i pretty much couldnt watch anything while i was there nor did they have wifi. A/c dripped water right in front the door way. The walls looked like there was paint covering mildew.

When I booked this property they had a working pool. But the day before my arrival that is when I got an email letting me know the pool was under renovation and will not be used. Could not cook in the kitchen as there was only one small pot. The door to get out had no door handle and was hard to get out. You can not get ahold of anyone to voice your concerns directly I had to go through Orbitz and that was a pain. The apartment is dirty and runned down we stayed in M13.

I heard a lot of bad reviews about this place and I’m so glad I didn’t listen to them!! people being rude?? Never once did I see this a few times of you of the workers that we did not speak English so I mean we could perceive that as rude but they just didn’t know how to answer the place was super clean super cute and I absolutely loved it

Check in process is horrible. They have the security guards pulling double duty trying to check in, hand out and validate parking passes for dozens of guests at a time. There were only four guests in front of me but it took 40 minutes for them to get to me. After waiting all that time they told me I have no room. The room I paid for was given to someone else. The security guards had to call the managers who tried to tell me it was Expedia's fault. After another 30 minutes I was given another room which was not at all what I booked. I booked an ocean view suite but they have me a non ocean view studio and said they still couldn't change it the next day. Add to that, the bed had no top sheet, just a fitted one and the comforter. It was also on wheels without a headboard which caused it to freely roll around when you laid on it. The wifi did not work and the pool is under construction. I could not recommend this hotel as there were way too many problems.

The A/C didnt work...it was liking...the roof of the room liking too...the curtain bath broken so all the toom full of water...no ligth on the lamps...nobody cleans neigther provides bags to barbage. .the pool was closed on construction and we didnt know when we rented
