My most important impression about a hotel is cleanliness which this hotel lacks. My check-in experience was horrible, front desk is nearly nonexistent, customer service phone never gets answered

This is a very fun and cute property. Reasonably priced, modern, classy, fun. The bathroom sink wasn't clean, so that was disappointing. Other than that, it was really fabulous. Loved the pool on top of the hotel and everything is flamingo pink (towels, lounge chairs by the pools and beach, umbrellas. I would definitely stay here again as long as they clean my sink first. 😉 The employees were very friendly and accommodating.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel, it is very noisy, messy, the room wasn’t clean as you would expect from a reputable hotel. As a matter of fact, there was long hair on the bathroom floor and around the bathtub. Very unfriendly Check-in experience
