Like the fact that all the staff was friendly and ready to assist any way they could to make things right. What I didn't like was our second room had roaches & the first room no hot water but the 3rd one was decent.

When I was booking a hotel, my criteria for hotels was to have a tesla charger on site. I chose this hotel because it showed up under that filter. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any charging stations. I would have stayed closer to where I needed to be if I didnt neet a charger, or would have stayed at another hotel that did have a charging station. I feel that it was false advertising.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly thr room was nice size and clean the bed and pillows were comfortable even the sofa bed. There was a nice supply of clean towels for the bathroom and toiletry items if needed. The hot tub and pool was nice. Continental brrakfast was nice and hot and alot to choose from would stay again if I was ever back in Miami Fl and needed a place to stay.

night desk staff at check in at 3am was wonderful. had driven 13 hrs from no AL to get to mother before she passed. she passed 3hrs later. all staff were great. hotel needs update. only 2 trolleys to carry luggage. wait 30mins to check out. hot water?

Wonderful stay
Check-in was very easy. The pool and spa were very nice. Everything was clean. Staff was very nice and friendly.
