Unwind at this recently renovated townhome. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy Coconut Grove while staring at all the wonders of this town . Wander around the historic lush and tropical neighborhood while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee while sitting in the patio leading off the dining area. You just might be lucky enough to see one of our elusive Grove Peacocks. 2 parking spaces, high speed internet, cable, 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths and an office.

The two floors townhouse is very spacious with brand new upgraded open kitchen, fully remodeled bathrooms.

We won`t meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check in.

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood situated in Coconut Grove. Restaurants, bars, groceries and shopping centers are all within 5 mins drive, some are even walking distance! Great private backyard, 2 parking spaces in front of the property. It would not be rare to see peacock walking the streets.

Miami’s original neighborhood was founded in 1873 by an eclectic mix of pioneers, artists, intellectuals and adventurers. The tropical oasis of Coconut Grove thrives to this day as Miami’s escape from the stress of city life. Coconut Grove is located in the middle of Miami, yet completely separate and quaint. It offers a warm, laid-back atmosphere of charming boutiques, sidewalk cafes and sailboats anchored at the bay. The neighborhood’s distinct bohemian flair allows one to unwind and relax every day of the week and any time of the year.

Uber is preferred, but since Coconut grove is reshaping into a more walkable place, you can also rent citi bikes or scooters.
Make sure you download the freebee app so you can get free rides on a golf-cart. The Metrorail is also walking distance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event of a cancellation, the credit card processing fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit or in the hotel. You will be charged a fee of $500 if the smoke smell is discovered.
Absolutely NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS in the unit. What constitutes to a party is anything over the amount of guest you booked in your reservation.
Loss of Parking Fob is $150
Loss of Laundry Key is $25
