  • ✔ Same-day bookings welcome ✔ Easy late check-in ✔ Fully renovated unit (rare in Icon) Please Note: Exterior building work is ongoing through March 2027. Weekday noise may occur (Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm). The balcony is closed and the windows are wrapped in translucent film. Pool is closed Mon–Fri, but all indoor amenities remain open except the gym July 13-24 for renovation. Modern, updated unit in Icon Brickell with full access to spa, hot/cold plunge, and gym. Strict cancellation policy.
