Yellow House was perfect for our stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the Yellow House. Very clean and comfortable. Nice playground across the street and Publix was only a few minutes away.

We Loved The Yellowhouse!
My family and I had a wonderful time in the yellow house. The home is very accommodating and perfect for everyone. Communication with property manager was quick and efficient. Will stay here again!

Convenient and Central Location
We loved our stay at this home! The hosts were very prompt and welcoming and the home has pretty much every amenity you could need! We visited Miami, the Everglades and the Keys and this was so perfectly situated for all of these! There were also so many helpful pamphlets and flyers in the home to help us find food and activities nearby. Overall an amazing stay!

Comfortable and beautiful home
Great home away from home for our family. The place was clean and with lots of natural light. It was what we hoped for and expected. The yellow house was truly a great location for all that we needed to do. The neighborhood is safe and family oriented. Super convenient
This was our first experience with a VRBO or like rental property and we'll definitely stay like this again. So much more convenient than a hotel to have laundry available when you're having beach excursions. The house is well positioned between easy access to the interstate, and shopping, restaurants, groceries, and gas stations. We left lots of pets at home, so we actually loved seeing the lizards on the patio and having the neighborhood cat come to visit. We will remember fondly our week at the Yellow House.

Very Nice Home
The Yellow House was clean, convenient and very roomy. The outdoor space was a plus. The extra living room was a plus. The hosts are way beyond a plus!! The hosts were super fast and super courteous in their responses. A very nice place to stay - convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend and WILL stay again!

Cute Place
This was a really charming house. Had everything we needed for a week with four young kids. It was a good central location for all the places we wanted to go (beaches, Everglades, Biscayne NP, Key Largo). We also appreciated that there was a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. And the kids loved the little playground right in front of the house! One drawback was the road noise heard in the master bedroom. I just put a white noise app on my phone and then it wasn’t a problem.

Central Location, Easy Access to Everything!
The Yellow House is a very comfortable bungalow-type home with nice touches in the main rooms and beautifully updated bathrooms. The furnishings are all in good condition and the kitchen is well-equipped. We had everything we needed when making meals! A quick right hand turn out of the main street of the property gives nearly direct access to a freeway so getting around was a breeze. A quick left takes you directly to the very nearby Publix for groceries and a few restaurants. The bit of road noise on the master bedroom side of the house when first going to bed and during morning commute hours was a bit of an issue for us the first night but for most people it wouldn't be bothersome. My husband and I are from very rural Missouri and we live in an exceptionally quiet area so it just took us a day to tune it out. The a/c worked like a charm and we were able to easily set the temperature to our liking. All in all a very nice stay!

Perfect family base for Miami wedding
We loved this property! The adorable Yellow House served as our family's home base for our daughter's wedding in Coral Gables. We had plenty of room to comfortably gather and even for the bride and her maids to get ready for the wedding. The little neighborhood is super charming with tidy cottage-style houses, friendly neighbors, and a children's playground right across the street from the house. We felt very safe during our stay. The home is a bit older and shows some wear and tear, but the bathrooms are nicely upgraded. It's definitely a family home (kids' furnishings and decor in two of the bedrooms) but we are a family and we weren't looking for a luxury hotel experience, so that suited us just fine! Lots of comfy couch space. There is even a safety gate at the top of the stairs, which we did not need on this trip, but could be very handy for younger families. We really enjoyed having the outdoor space, as well. The gazebo is lovely, and there was some sort of night blooming flower that smelled heavenly! Room to park three cars (even with the small U-Haul trailer we towed with us) was a big plus! Communication with Natalia was excellent. We would happily stay here again if we return to the Miami area.

Home away from home
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. My family consisted of 4 adults a 4 yr old and a 10 month old. The 4 year old was in heaven as there is a playground across the street , we had to play every night. Lol the house was really close to my parents house abd all that we were doing. We were 10 min away from the metro zoo and 3 min from the Bayside marina that we went on a fishing trip from. This yellow house had all that we needed. There is a play house in the back yard along with a covered table to have a cook out. This really was a home away from home the beds were so comfy. We had a couple questions while staying at the yellow house and the owners were out of town yet they were still quick to respond and fixed any issues we had. I can day that any time I am returning to miami with my family I will be reserving the yellow house. Thank you so much for .asking my stay so comfortable. Yall were amazing. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

Highly recommend this property!
We enjoyed staying at this house! Plenty of room for our family of 7. Very clean and comfortable! Very nice, quiet and secure neighborhood. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would not hesitate to book this one again! Enjoy this place for yourself!

VERY COZY
LOVED THE PLACE I WILL FOR SURE BE BACK... VERY FAST AT RESPONDING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. MY LIDS LOVED THE OUTSIDE TOYS AND THE PARK. MORE THEN ENOUGH TOWELS. OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.

The property description was not totally accurate. There was limited to no privacy. We ended up having to book a hotel in conjunction with this property due to it not being up to our standard for housing accomodations.

You booked for only two people, and brought more than two, left our place very dirty did not respond to our messages and at the end left a bad review. This home is located in a suburban setting with all privacy necessary.

An Amazing Family Vacation at an Excellent Place
We had the opportunity to enjoy the "Yellow House" for a 4 days long weekend. We loved our stay! Since the day we booked until the day we left the owners were in touch with us. Every question I sent it was replied within an hour or so. The place was extremely, clean, and comfortable. The Yellow House have all amenities you will need to enjoy a great time with your family. The location is extremely convenient with easy access to get in and out, nearby restaurants, and main locations in Kendall. Overall, an Excellent experience. A casa é muito aconchegante e fica num lugar maravilhoso, o condomínio é uma graça. Adoramos passar esses dias na casa amarela! A Natália foi super atenciosa.Meus filhos se divertiram no parquinho em frente a casa, e nós adoramos tomar um vinho na área externa.
