It a spacious place nice location to beaches and Southbeach. I bit tired could have been maintained better . Realizing it’s not a 4 star but for budget minded people nice efficiency, safe and walkable to all the action on Southbeach.

The minute you walk in the place, you can smell the dampness. The towels were horrible, especially the washcloths that were rough around my face. They only supplied one for each of us, but when we contacted them, they brought an extra set. The bathroom floor was dirty and stained. On a brighter side, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a refrigerator and microwave. I did not realize that I was charged for beach chair use, but it was nice to have them, since we did use the beach for 2 out of the 4 days. There was a great restaurant within walking distance that we enjoyed called Orange Blossum & would highly recommend it to others.

Perfect location for my trip. Quiet. Lots of space. Good value. Never saw a staff person, but very responsive to texts and emails. Nice to have a kitchen but the one knife very dull. No counter so hard to prep food, or even use the dish drain that was provided. Was ok. purposes, only there s few days, it was fine.

Excellent location walking distance to Convention Center. The one bedroom suite was perfect size, clean, all of what you needed was available. I cooked my breakfast and would suggest new frying pans of the same materials and not have “plastic” kitchen utensils (heat and plastic are toxic). Overall, I will return and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to South Miami Beach area.

Excellent stay, love Miami Beach.

Cozy apartment with attractive design an easy walk to the beach and everything we needed, friendly cleaning staff working in the building, and reasonably priced accommodation without all of the tack on fees you'll see in other hotels. It's very close to the convention center so a great place to stay for Miami Marathon or other events. Would definitely stay again, thank you Kasa!
