It a spacious place nice location to beaches and Southbeach. I bit tired could have been maintained better . Realizing it’s not a 4 star but for budget minded people nice efficiency, safe and walkable to all the action on Southbeach.

Excellent location walking distance to Convention Center. The one bedroom suite was perfect size, clean, all of what you needed was available. I cooked my breakfast and would suggest new frying pans of the same materials and not have “plastic” kitchen utensils (heat and plastic are toxic). Overall, I will return and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to South Miami Beach area.

Excellent stay, love Miami Beach.

Cozy apartment with attractive design an easy walk to the beach and everything we needed, friendly cleaning staff working in the building, and reasonably priced accommodation without all of the tack on fees you'll see in other hotels. It's very close to the convention center so a great place to stay for Miami Marathon or other events. Would definitely stay again, thank you Kasa!

The appartment is cute and comfortable, got everything you need for a short or a long stay. Perfect location, 5 min walk from the beach. Smooth check in, digital locks worked perfectly. 2 small things - coffee machine was broken and shower curtain didn't really do its job. I would stay there again.
