Parking was tight and the water pressure for the hot water was on the weaker side, but other than that, it was great.

The staff was incredibly courteous and made our stay very comfortable from start to finish. They went above and beyond to assist us — even late at night — helping us navigate directions and guiding us through the entry and exit codes. They stayed on the call with us until we were fully checked in and settled, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

Nice studio apartment...convenient location

The unit was nice and clean and decorated just lovely. It's nice to have a king size bed in a studio apartment. The location is convenient. I appreciated the private gated parking.

The stay that I experienced was good for what I was in town for. Parking was small and secure with a first come first serve. I was on a tight schedule and I couldn’t experience the area the way that I wanted. If my travels send me back to Miami, I will look at this place for a vacancy…. Management was easy to reach for assistance…

Zero communication with the host, never replied to messages. Very unsafe and shady area with lots of homeless people nearby. The hot water flow in the bathroom was extremely low. The flooring in the room was broken along with a creaky bed frame. Couldn’t sleep the whole night due to mosquitos and bed bugs.

The room was clean. The room is in a run down build with torn carpet and dirty hallways. The hot water in the shower barley ran out. This did not appear to be in the best neighborhood.

Schade!
