Despite frequent inspections and monthly pest control, occasional encounters with native wildlife or insects may occur. We continue to take regular measures to help regulate and control their presence.

Getting around Miami is easiest with a rental car or by using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Our home is located at 2761 SW 33rd Ave, which offers a perfect balance of quiet residential living in Coral Way while keeping you within easy reach of major city attractions. We provide free parking on the premises for your convenience. Miami International Airport is approximately a 15 to 20 minute drive away, making your arrival and departure seamless.

Trash & Recycling: All trash must be securely bagged and placed in the green bin with the lid completely closed. The blue bin is strictly reserved for recycling. Regular garbage should not be placed in the blue recycling bin, as the city may refuse pickup. Incorrectly sorted waste will result in a $100 fee to cover the city charge.
