Michael was a great host! The property was easy to find, very spacious, and the location was fantastic. Michael always replied to any questions we had. There was even beach chairs and an umbrella in the room, which saved us a lot of money on rentals. The property is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach. Book this place if you're looking for somewhere to stay in South Beach!

Perfect

It was great for our group, right in the middle of everything and we were surprised at how many things were available for us to use (beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc). Communication with owner was very speedy and they were very accommodating towards us.

It’s not a place I would ever rent again!! Upon arrival the host never told us about parking even tho it states that no car needed, this place is only perfect for location!!! The apartment living room television doesn’t work also some appliances were not cleaned upon arrival old water left in fridge a small odor and living room floor needs updated. The door to enter your room nozzle was completely broken it kept falling off along with the shower nozzle to take a shower there is not sliding door so water from shower is all over the floor very dangerous, if your looking to crash then this would be the place to be if your on liquor lol good luck with this place

Worth it to not rent a car

I stayed with my 2 grown daughters. The place has plenty of room and the full kitchen came in handy. It is right in the middle of the action! A few things to be aware of: The walls are thin so if your neighbors have young children, you will be up early. If your neighbors are millennials, you will be up late. No one was rowdy, could just hear everything through the walls. It’s an older building but has esthetic updates and some new furniture. We walked or rented Citibikes every day. A short 10 minute pedal brings you to the south end of the beach which is quieter. The place was safe. The owner was quick to communicate and accommodate our needs. I gave it an overall 4 stars because it’s just not a 5 star place. If you are used to staying in a shiny hotel that smells like vanilla, this is not it. If you plan on being here to shower and sleep and don’t mind an old building, then this place is nice. It was clean and though did not smell like vanilla, did not smell badly either. Other people staying there were nice. Plenty of towels for showers and beach as well as beach chairs and a few beach games. Overall had a really time! Took a chance on a place with only one review. Now you have more than one review to base your choice on. (By the way, I heard millennials, not young children, though I did see some there)
