As you step into this 1,057 Sq. Ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a fully furnished private balcony with a double chaise lounge and a table set for two overlooking the Miami Skyline you immediately know luxury and nature have combined. Master bedroom has a nine foot long maple desk, in the living room you can enjoy lounging on the plush white organic sofa that also converts into a queen bed, master bedroom has a king-sized Keetsa mattress covered in 100% organic cotton sheets. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

The unit was exactly as the pictures showed and was absolutely beautiful. We have stayed at the hotel and now the Residences, and will certainly rent this specific unit again. It was incredibly clean, had easy access to everything the hotel had to offered, and the balcony was beautiful.

The place was top notch. Private area on rooftop pool as well for those staying in the 1 Hotel Residences which made getting chairs on a busy day much easier. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at 1 Hotel a number of times typically with an ocean view but this trip we had a city view. Great city view of Miami we will absolutely be back.

Elegant location in a fun Miami area

This residential property is really nice. Wonderful to have the full kitchen and sitting area. Fully stocked! The use of the hotel facilities was perfect. The property manager was very helpful. Sunsets off the balcony are amazing!

Weekend Getaway

My stay at 1 Hotel residences has been incredibly comfortable thanks to Danny & Adriana. They have clear and prompt communication prior to your arrival and even after we were checked in. Each day they check in on us to ensure we are doing well and ask if we need anything. The unit is large, spacious and has great views of the city skyline. Highly recommend using Five Star Luxury for all your VRBO bookings.

This is “The 1” place you need to stay

All the bells and whistles of staying at The 1 Hotel South Beach- in a full size luxury condo at a fraction of the cost. The condo itself was modern, clean and impressive with plenty of space relax, stretch out and recharge. So many on site amenities- you get to enjoy the resort style perks and access (pools, restaurants, bars, rooftop, gym, etc) without ever leaving the property. Checking in/out was a cinch.

Overall, we loved our stay. The room and building were top notch. The room does need some general maintenance and upkeep - specifically the shower was leaking/running constantly with a foul water smell and the AC wasn't working properly in the bedroom

Apartment was a 1 bedroom not two. They can't even get that right. Apartment was lovely. Services , well terrible. I hired a cleaning person who left wet laundry in the machine each day and she personally called me to yell at me. That was professional! She got my number from the agent. Much appreciated. I will not go through this company again ! The safe was broken. I had to carry my Jewelry with me which is unsafe!!! It took 3xxx for them to actually correct the problem .

One of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have EVER stayed in!

I am a travel photojournalist, so for me to say that this was one of the most beautiful and luxurious places I have ever stayed in, is a huge statement! The apartment literally takes your breath away and the 1 Hotel is stunningly gorgeous. My husband and I never wanted to leave, but plan on returning soon. The only issues I had was that wifi was spotty, the shower pressure was not strong, and the towels and sheets were not soft. Also, remember you don't get maid service or room service. Despite those issues, everything else is so perfect that they are almost irrelevant. Do yourself a favor and book this apartment for your next trip!!!
