  • This gorgeous 985 Sq. Ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is the perfect combination of all things natural and organic in a luxurious setting. From a furnished private balcony with a double chaise lounge and a table set for two with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal, to a living room with a plush white organic sofa that converts into a bed, and a maple dining table that leads to a private master bedroom with a king-sized Keetsa mattress covered in 100% organic cotton sheets. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

    There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.
