Relax in your sensual limestone bathrooms with luxurious Dornbracht fixtures. Custom closets will accommodate the most extravagant wardrobes. This condo is equipped with flat-screen TV's in the den and bedrooms, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, disposal, washer/dryer, complimentary high speed WIFI and full cable. *Entry door hardware with advanced electronic locking system. *In-unit heating and air conditioning system with integrated Inncom energy management technology. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

    Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.
