Every piece of furniture in this spectacular masterpiece has been custom made and hand selected to perfectly fit the space. Enjoy a fully stocked ItalKraft gourmet kitchen. Relax in your sensual limestone bathrooms with luxurious Dornbracht fixtures. Custom closets will accommodate the most extravagant wardrobes. This condo is equipped with flat-screen TV's in the den and bedrooms, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, blender, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, disposal, washer/dryer, complimentary high speed WIFI and full cable. *Entry door hardware with advanced electronic locking system. *In-unit heating and air conditioning system with integrated Inncom energy management technology. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $175 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Spring break with family

Amazing facilities and beautiful condo. No reason to leave One Homes when in Miami Beach! We had a great time. The home is tastefully furnished, plenty to do by pool and beach, wonderful beach and pool service, lots of entertainment options on all the many TV in every room, great for 8 people that included adult grand children, parents, and grandparents!

Overall a 10/10. The property management was great to work with and it was easy to communicate between property management and hotel. Communication was quick and timely and they were patient with all my questions. The property and room itself is amazing with incredible amenities and beach/pool access. The beds were very comfortable. A wonderful place for a friend or family vacation. Highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic except for the check-in. They had trouble finding our reservation and then didn't have any of the wrist bands we needed to access the roof bar and pool area. Outside of the that, the staff was great, the gym was incredible, and the room was clean.

This unit at the 1 Hotel is as described and I would highly recommend it. Very clean, new furniture, extremely comfortable beds, and full use of all 1 Hotel amenities. We will book again next time we're in town.

Great but would love turndown service

Great location and property. I just wish it didn't cost $175 for turn down service. The stay is already quite expensive. Can't beat this hotel and location in Miami.
