Guests have full private access to the entire condo and wraparound balcony. You’ll also enjoy access to building amenities including the resort-style pool, rooftop terrace, fitness center, and shared lounge areas. Parking may be available in the building depending on availability. Beach access is just a short walk away, and a beach shuttle is available from the building.



The Neighborhood:

Located in North Beach, a relaxed and up-and-coming area of Miami Beach. The neighborhood offers a quieter beach experience while still being close to great restaurants, cafés, parks, and shops. You’re just a short walk to the ocean and minutes from Bal Harbour, Surfside, and the energy of South Beach.

The condo is walkable to restaurants, cafés, parks, and the beach. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and make it easy to reach South Beach, Downtown Miami, and Wynwood. Public transportation also runs through the area. If you have a car, major roads nearby make exploring Miami simple.

Please respect building rules and quiet hours. This is a residential building, so parties and events are not permitted. Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Depending on building policies, additional registration or ID may be required for amenity access. 21+ only building for check in

Daily parking rates range from $50–$60 per 24 hours, depending on vehicle size, city events, and demand.
