Our newly remodeled Miami gem features a modern and outstanding design with spacious living room, kitchen , and bedrooms and amenities, outdoor hot spa . Our location is a plus!!! We are close to shopping centers, 20 min to South Beach, brickell, airport, Wynwood, design district. The LUX Paradise Miami is ideal for private retreats, family, social and corporate gatherings, where the whole group can enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located property. Experience luxury living as soon as you step into this property. Please contact host for information. Apartment is completely independent from house. It has its own entrance. Guest staying in apartment have no access to backyard. There are doors locked not allowing them to go in the backyard. We have designed both Apartment and house to be completely independent from each other for our guest safety as well as comfort.

Be aware if you rent this property

Fish foul smell every time we enter the house. Rehab of kitchen and house was appealing. Decorating of house was tasteful with many nice accents. Furniture is very contemporary, but of low quality and uncomfortable. Kitchen has door to attached rental apartment that had been covered in a very unappealing poor workmanship manner. Also, it was very easy to hear the people speaking on the other side. If you plan to cook, be prepare to wash all dishes, pots, pans, glasses and forks by hand - there is NO Dishwasher. Light above kitchen sink does not work and owner did not attempt to repair it during our stay. Mold growing on kitchen cutting board 4th Bedroom with bunk beds had very thin walls and you could hear people snoring in the attached apartment rental. Ants entering the house from the front door and ants in the pantry (owner did spray after we complained) Flooding in the master shower because there is no slope for water to go down the drain and there's nothing to block the water from going out the shower door. Master bathroom paint job was sloppy. There was paint over window frame as well as framing of shower door and baseboard. No attempts by painter to clean up after their sloppy work Second bathroom also had Flooding in the shower in the because of clogged hair in drain that we had to remove, but still flooded Holes in ceiling of master bedroom that was not even attempted to be filled Hole in master bathroom shower. 2x2 in square and they just stuffed grout
