This unique place has a style all its own. This Fantastic Duplex Property, is nine minutes from Wynwood walls and 15 minutes from South Beach centrally located in a Beautiful Historic Neighborhood. This place has nice size pool, a nice steaming Jacuzzi, & outdoor kitchens as well. It also has a fire pit which is surrounded by exotic, well-maintained plants, and the outside is decorated with impressive murals.

  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!
