My place is a comfortable, private and quiet 2nd floor apartment with an open living area ideal for relaxing. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, people in transition, and families that want more than just a hotel room.

Fully modern, this "home away from home" has been designed to be an extremely comfortably home base while you are visiting Miami. It has all the amenities you could ask for and then some.

The location is perfectly central to all that Miami has to offer from the South Beach to Key Biscayne. It is minutes from Midtown Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, the Design District, Wynwood and Bayside. It is also very close to world renowned hospitals such as Jackson Memorial, UM Health and Mt Sinai.

We have recently added to the property two convenient Level 2 EV charging stations. The cost is $15 per day of your stay for full access. This cost is not included in the VRBO pricing and is handled directly with your host via a variety of payment options. Please let the host know that you will be arriving with an electric car.

Great Miami apartment

This apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. It’s in a great location in Miami and it was convenient to get around. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to the area, and will look into booking it again for myself if I return. Alex was a very kind a responsive host!

Great Stay

This place was a 10/10. We were most definitely spoiled by Alex and his wife. We were welcomed with a sign as soon as we walked in. Bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries and refrigerator was stocked with ice cold beverages. Place was spotless and had a homey feel to it. Minutes away from Brickell Center, Miami Beach, Little Havanna, etc. I loved it here and will definitely be calling Alex the next time I’m in Miami again.

This property is exactly like the photos and is incredible value! Alex and Patricia go out of your way to ensure you have everything you need to feel welcome and ready for your stay. Whether you are there for business, vacation, or medical this property will meet your needs. Centrally located. Awesome restaurants close by (south Miami sushi, Pandoree and direct access to Midtown) other features which sets it apart are FREE secure parking AND cable. A rare find. We will be back. Wonderful place to stay

Loved this apartment! The location was convenient to so many things. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The apartment was amazing, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Alex made us feel very welcome. There were snacks and beverages and so many conveniences. He let us know he was available to take care of anything we needed but we were truly all set. I hope to stay there again. It felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful rental in a great neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay for my 50th birthday. It was a great location, close to 95. The property owner was easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean. It was a great location for a landing point after our daily adventures. If planning to stay I would recommend Wynwood Walls and the Famous House of Mac & Cheese both located on 2nd street. If we travel to Miami again we would stay here again.

Good Place if You're in Miami

First of all, Alex and Patricia are great Host. The apartment was nicely appointed and well stocked with sundries, supplies, snacks and beverages. The TV was AWESOME!!! Easy access to highways and downtown Miami. The apartment had two double beds that were comfortable. Bob and Clare

Everything you need with the best hosts!

Unfortunately, I only stayed for a weekend but I could have moved right in! The place is conveniently located, very safe, and very clean. The host made everything so easy and communication was some of the best I've ever experienced. 11/10, no exaggeration... Couldn't have asked for more from this one!
