Great Property

Fantastic property. Very clean. Having 3 bedrooms was a game changer. Short walk to local restaurants and bars in Wynwood. Would stay again the next time I venture to the Miami area.

Great Wynwood spot!

This house was great for a group of friends in town for a long weekend. Beds were comfortable, great location between airport, mid beach, and a quick walk to everything Wynwood has to offer. Not a ton of room in the common areas, but wasn’t a problem for us as we spent most of the time out!

Night before a Cruise

We were looking for a convenient place to spend the night prior to departing on a cruise. This home was near a vibrant downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was also convenient to the airport and the Port of Miami. The host was very helpful when we needed an earlier check in time. The home was clean and comfortable for 8 adults. The neighborhood was a little older, but I would stay here again.

Great Place

We had to stay for one night before our flight, but the place was great, clean, enough beds, towels for everyone. Not too far from downtown. It’s not in the greatest neighborhood, but we didn’t have any problems at all. Will stay there again. Thanks to the host out stay was lovely

Place was really clean. The location was great for short commute nightlife. Also, there were nice murals in the art district area. Which is nice for pictures and content creating. The host was really respectful and answered any questions I had. I definitely recommend this home.

Convenient location to Wynwood

We stayed for a bachelorette weekend. The location was very walkable to the Wynwood area, which made exploring and experience the nightlife easy. The rooms were big enough to house our group and also included an extra air mattress. A great options for groups looking to easily access the neighborhood.

The property was amazing, spotlessly clean and great for a few days. Could do with having tv’s in all bed rooms rather than just the master. If staying for more then then 3 days there is no washing machine.

AMAZING!

We can not describe how happy we were with our stay. Communication with the host was great, responded to every question in a short time, location is good, apartment was so clean and tidy. Beds were extremely comfy, we really didnt want to leave. Kitchen and the bathrooms were greatly furnished. Recommend 100%! Definitely looking forward for staying again in the future.

This was my first experience on any apps like this and it could not have gone smoother. Very helpful host with easy instructions and great communication. Very clean and comfortable and close by the kaseya center (stayed in Miami for a concert). Much roomier than expected. Highly recommend.

Miami trip

Overall a very good value for the price charged. The place is set up for large groups (it can sleep up to 10) with the kitchen stocked for eating at the home, but not for preparing large meals. There was a very cute cat that visited us every day, but we could have done without the 6am wake up calls from the roosters that live next door. The neighborhood was fine and you are very close to many activities and sites in the Miami area.

Place is not what the pictures show It’s older and can use some TLC and deep cleaning but it was comfortable The beds were great! The neighbor has chickens & roosters and they will wake you up early! It’s not in a fancy neighborhood but it was not dangerous one bedroom has a full size-bunk bed so not suitable for adults to sleep in

Good for a short Layover

This home is perfect for when you need a place for a night between cruise or air travel. The host was very responsive and check-in was no problem. The home was as described. Clean and neat. Air conditioning worked well, gated parking and an enclosed porch. The kitchen inventory needs to be updated. Little things like no mixing bowls or measuring cups make it hard to prepare food. pots and pans well used. but if you are only there for a day probably not a problem The location is fine. The neighbors do like to play music rater loudly throughout the night but is was a weekend. I would rate it 4 stars for a overnight stay and 3 stars for an extend stay.

Great Night Before the Cruise

Every previous review listed is very much accurate. - Tight parking down an alley street - Neighbor parks their vehicle in front of the gate. Makes it hard to get in. - The chickens clucked all night. - There are step downs throughout the inside of the home. - The Uber driver couldn’t deliver our Walgreens order. Thankfully we had rentals. - There are only 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with the 2 beds. - There is no master bathroom. One bathroom is in the hall, and the other one is on the room with the 2 beds. - Here is the part that made this a 4 rating. We did not have enough face towels. Overall, it is a great home for a day before the cruise. Everyone loved it!! If we ever come, we will rent again.

Terrible part of town and roaches

We stayed two nights in this duplex. You get to the duplex you have to go down an alley, and then get through the two fences to get to the house. Although I do appreciate the security at the house, it was alarming to know that we needed that much security. The bedrooms were as described and the beds were actually comfortable. To be honest, this is the least equipped house I have ever stayed at with any rental app. I had to message the host about extra linens as they do offer extra pillows, but no pillowcases. I couldn’t find extra washcloths and hand towels in the kitchen And we when we went to cook, there was literally bare minimum tools in the kitchen. Once our kids found roaches in the kitchen, I did message the property manager, and she offered to send an exterminator out that day, which I declined as I didn’t want all of them to come out of hiding. I do hope that she handled the situation after we checked out. Overall, I would not recommend this house. For having enough beds for 10 people, the one couch in the living room doesn’t seem appropriate. If you know you’re going to have that many people. It serves our needs for the two days, but I would not recommend it.
