    THE HOME
    Prepare meals in the full kitchen, unwind in the living room with the Smart TV, and stay productive at the dedicated workspace. Air conditioning keeps the home cool and comfortable, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays effortless.

    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
    - Primary bedroom: king bed
    - Second bedroom: queen bed
    - Third bedroom: one double bed and one single bed

    - Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo) are provided. For stays of 5 nights or more, guests restock as needed.
    - Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Please include them in your booking.
    - The home is close to the airport, so occasional airplane noise may occur.
    - The house sits on a multi-family property. Your home is fully independent, with its own entrance and no shared indoor space.
    - Exterior security cameras are installed for safety, with signage posted. There are no cameras inside the home.
    - The garage keypad needs a firm inward push after you enter the code, and the shower faucets take a moment to learn. Full instructions are in the house manual.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for a fee if requested in advance and our schedule allows.
Return all keys to the lockbox by the main entrance and close the parking gate behind you.
Before leaving, close all windows and set the air conditioning to 72°F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
