  • Wake up to Biscayne Bay from a wrap-around balcony. This one-bedroom pairs floor-to-ceiling windows with warm wood, natural textures and calm, modern styling. King bed, full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, plus a pool and gym in the building.
    No parties or events of any kind.
    No smoking or vaping anywhere - apartment, balcony or common areas.
    Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a residential building.
    Only the guests on the booking may stay in the apartment.
    No pets.
    Please leave the air conditioning ON when you go out - Miami humidity damages the apartment when the air stops moving.
    Both fobs must go back in the Keycafe box when you leave. Replacements are charged by the building.
    The building does NOT accept packages, mail or deliveries for guests, and does not store luggage.
