Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
The toilet was leaking sewage on the floor after youd flush it. I get it, things happen. I reached out to the host and maintenence was sent the following day. Maintenance failed to fix the sewage leak and they left the sewage water on the floor so i reached back out to the host and asked if they had another room my wife and i could move to as we no longer wanted to deal with the sewage water leak and scheduling maintenence - my wife was working during this trip. They said they had another room available but i would have to pay a cancelation fee, a cleaning fee, and the cost of the new room......... Unacceptable. I told the host i no longer want to deal with Maintenance and that they should make it right and they kept being pushy about me staying in the room and having Maintenance come in again. Maintenance came unannounced the next day and we left mid work day to allow them to fix it and it was finally fixed.
A couple of days later we reach out to the host on the number they provide in the room for housekeeping service that we wished the room could be freshened up mid trip since we were there for 8 days. They never showed up or responded to our message
I wont be staying in any of this hosts rooms again.
