Relax in this peaceful and private Modern Casita, conveniently located in Homestead, near Everglades National Park and the gateway to the Florida Keys.
The Casita features an open-concept studio layout with two comfortable queen beds, a living area, kitchenette, and private full bathroom. Guests also have access to the pool and hot tub. Pool heating is not available. Hot tub heating is available for an additional daily fee.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off all lights. Dispose of trash in the bin outside near the main house hallway. Place used towels and bed linens in the laundry bags inside the closet.
Close all windows and lock the doors. Check drawers and under the bed for personal items. Return the Casita key and gate clicker to the lockbox at the main entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Access: Casita, pool & gazebo only. Main-home areas/terrace are not accessible. No parties, events or visitors. Registered guests only.
Max 4 incl. children/infants. No grills/cooking appliances anywhere: property/personal grills, hot plates, portable stoves, air fryers, etc.
Early 1–3 PM: $40. Late to 1 PM: $40. Other times may cost more; approval required. Added guests: nightly fee. No smoking of any kind.
