HOUSE RULES:
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. The security deposit will be forfeited in full in the event of a violation.
Because this is a residential building, not a hotel, the building management requires a lease application and orientation prior to check-in. Guests are responsible for completing the entire application and orientation prior to check-in. The host is not responsible for delays caused by the guest’s application process.
The building requires each adult or married couple to complete the application and it's $70 per adult. The building also requires renters insurance (it's very inexpensive, but it's a requirement).
Zero-party policy. If violated, the reservation will be cancelled with no refunds.
For stays of 45 days or more, we require guests to hire our housekeeper at least once every 30 days to change the linens, tend to the plants, and keep the place fresh for you (you'll like this).
Parking: The condo is right in the heart of Brickell, with everything you need right outside the front door. There's no need for a car—you can use ride-sharing services to get to the beach and other attractions. Parking in Brickell is expensive; however, I can arrange for valet parking for a monthly fee of $250 in the building (please let me know when booking).
