Modern Design District Wynwood TH w/Heated Pool

Come enjoy this stylish centrally-located 3BR/2.5BA Townhouse with amazing pool in the heart of Miami. Located just a short walk away from the Design District, Wynwood and Midtown Miami.

Pool heater is available however to run there is a daily rate of $25. The fee must be paid prior to turning it on. Normal pool temperature is range between 83°F and 85°F. In Miami, normal temperatures are reached by the end of March, early April at which point we do not run the heater.

A group of 6 of us stayed here and it was a perfect location! The house was clean, the pool was nice, and the beds were comfortable.

The Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owners were very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. The house is exactly as advertised and is even more beautiful in person!

Miami Paradise

This property was perfect! Just the right size. private, clean, modern, beautiful. Top of the line appliances. The only thing i would recommend would be beach towels and more luxurious pillows on the bed. The communication with the property manager was seamless and time efficient.

Beautiful Home!

David and Mandeep were great hosts. Property is gated and secur and we loved the fenced yard and pool. We were only in town for a couple of days, but it was delightful!!
