Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Regular trash goes in larger bin next to kitchen sink; recyclables in smaller one. (Outside: use GREEN BIN for regular garbage / Blue Bin for recyclables).
Lost Key fob fee is $100. Please be sure to place it on the center table before checking out.
Please place all towels in the washer and all garbage in the bins outside before you check out
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the studio, please.
Quiet hours begin at 11pm. Parties amplified music or organized events of any kind are strictly prohibited and are subject to a $500 fine.
Please leave the space as you found it — dishes washed, surfaces wiped down, and trash bagged and disposed of in the green bin outside.
